Family Businesses Survey

The Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) extends its warmest greetings and appreciation to you. In light of the SCA’s commitment to encouraging family businesses in the country to offer their shares for public subscription and list them on local financial markets, and given the importance of the continuity and growth of family businesses as a vital supporting element for the local economy, the Authority wishes to explore your views on the challenges and difficulties that hinder the public offering of company shares and their listing. This is aimed at developing and improving the legislative framework related to encouraging the transformation of family businesses into public joint-stock companies, and addressing the challenges that impede this transformation. We appreciate your cooperation and contribution in completing this survey.
