Ras Al Khaimah Municipality is offering a FREE and personalised home energy assessment for homeowners in the emirate, providing advice on how to save on your bills and improve indoor air quality and comfort, with the use of modern technologies and controls.



An expert energy engineer assigned by Ras Al Khaimah Municipality will address your energy concerns and assess the main energy and water consuming equipment of your home, such as air conditioners (ACs), lights, appliances, water fittings, garden irrigation, etc., to recommend measures for reducing your electricity and water bills, along with improving your indoor air quality and comfort using smart technologies and controls. 



After the assessment you will receive a report including solutions on how to save energy and water, make your home smarter and improve your indoor air quality and comfort. The report will also refer to additional information available in Ras Al Khaimah Municipality’s website, including a list of providers of energy and water efficiency products and services, that you may contact for a more detailed evaluation of recommended solutions.



Once enrolled, Emirati homeowners in Ras Al Khaimah can benefits from incentives provided by Etihad Water & Electricity of 1 AED discount in the electricity bill for every 1 AED saved, subject to terms and conditions.
