The United Arab Emirates – India Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA), entered into force on 1st of May 2022 as part of delivering the UAE’s strategy to strengthen our relations with like-minded nations through eliminating trade barriers and promoting bilateral investment.

As part of our efforts to monitor the implementation of the CEPA, we are conducting a survey to assess the impact of this agreement on companies operating in the UAE, given that one year has passed since it entered into force. We believe that your company's insights and experiences are crucial to understanding the implementation of this agreement on the business community.
