The OpenUAE Annual Event is an annual gathering filled with rich discussions and presentations held to celebrate the success of the OpenUAE committee as well as learn from industry experts matters on trending technologies.

OpenUAE is the UAE’s first open source software community, established to enrich the culture of open source in the UAE. With over 250 members ranging from private, public and academia, the OpenUAE community takes part in rich discussions, competitions and workshops in areas related to artificial intelligence, blockchain, cyber security & smart cities.

In addition, OpenUAE has become a gateway for those interested in open source software and has become a self-sustainable hub of knowledge in the digital heart of the UAE.
